Do I have to take part in every class?
No, all classes featured on the timetable are included in the price and work on an opt in/opt out basis. This allows you to pick and choose the classes to suit your specific needs. We would recommend that you take part in at least 2 daily classes in order to feel the full benefits of your boot camp retreat.
What if my fitness level is poor? Can I still take part?
Yes, all of the classes are tailored to meet each of our clients needs and personal fitness levels. We offer adaptions/ regressions and progressions of each exercise, so that everyone can train at their own suitable pace.
Can I take part if I have any illnesses or injuries?
Yes, we will require a referral letter from your GP (signed and dated) stating the illness and injury, as well as advising that you can partake. This allows us to adapt our classes and exercises to your individual needs and protect you from any further injuries.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Is it possible to book a single room?
Yes, however, an additional charge may apply depending on the seasonal time of the year. Please let us know that you wish to book a single room on the online booking form.
What cuisine is provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner?
All our food is fresh and locally sourced produce. We have a wide variety of food to choose from and is specifically designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. All of the meat and fish is grilled or roasted and served with a choice of fresh vegetables, and other healthy options such as brown rice and quinoa etc. We also offer Vegetarian and Vegan alternatives. Are drinks and snacks all inclusive?
Yes, drinks and snacks are included in the price. (Including smoothies, protein shakes and water).
Do I need to bring anything to classes?
You will require:
- Comfy training clothes
- Appropriate footwear (trainers)
- Notebook and pen (for the nutritional class)
- Mosquito repellant
- Sun cream
- Hat (to avoid heatstroke)
Is there a laundry service and Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the hotel. A laundry service is available at an additional fee. Please check our bookings and prices page for more information.
Is there an English speaking doctor nearby?
Yes, there are doctors available (approximately 10/15 minutes drive away) as well as numerous chemists. Please bring your E111 card with you when seeing a doctor in Spain. Unfortunately, the majority of doctors speak limited English, however, our staff are bilingual and will happily accompany and translate for you.
Is the tap water drinkable?
Although the tap water is fine to drink, we would recommend that you don’t drink the tap water to avoid any stomach issues, due to the differing pH levels.
